Ortega Technique provides players, of all skills levels, in the beach cities and surrounding areas the opportunity to achieve and enjoy the highest level of soccer.

Our mission is to be a leader in youth development, committed to a unique player-centered approach. We aim to ignite a passion for soccer and provide youth players with the tools to fulfill their greatest potential both on and off the field.

Respect - Treat others the way you want to be treated. Be thoughtful and considerate of others’ feelings. Show kindness and encouragement for those around you. Accept others for who they are. Be thankful and listen to those who are offering instruction and guidance.
Unity - “Together Everyone Achieves More.” We promote diversity and inclusion, creating a culture that brings together members of our community through our love for soccer and service to others. We will work together efficiently and effectively to realize our goals.
Integrity - Know and do what is right, even in difficult situations. We instill an atmosphere of “doing the right thing even when nobody's watching” because doing this can teach leadership, patience, honesty, responsibility, dependability, accountability and caring.
Community - Another integral part of Ortega Technique is our community and the surrounding communities. Bringing awareness to these communities of the substantial growth OTSA is experiencing is beneficial for our program and those looking to potentially start and build their own soccer program. We can lead by example.
Enjoyment - Ultimately, soccer should be fun. We want to provide an instructional environment that is engaging, educational and enjoyable. We have an opportunity to give our youth a safe, fun place to learn soccer that hopefully will be memorable for years to come. We will also teach our youth persistence, hard work and a positive attitude on & off the field.
